Renshin's "City-in-a-City" Project will be Developed by Laguarda.Low Prestigious Architectural Studio

Leaders from the renowned architectural firm Laguarda.Low, invited by Renshin company to Armenia, discussed architectural solutions for creating a cutting-edge entertainment and innovation hub and held meetings with local Armenian architect community members.

In line with its new strategy, “Renshin Urban Investments” creates not just real estate but a lifestyle. It has started the construction of a new, modern “city within a city” concept district in Yerevan. Within the framework of implementing this concept, Renshin has invited the prestigious Laguarda.Low Architects to Armenia, which will best develop the architectural concept of this bold neighborhood with its innovative and non-standard architectural solutions.

This lifestyle and environment-creating project is not the first in Renshin’s portfolio. Next year, the “Artlife” residences and entertainment complex on Teryan 107, with luxury entertainment facilities and services corresponding to 5* hotel standards, will be put into operation. This lifestyle and environment crafting project is not the first in Renshin’s portfolio, and their upcoming venture, scheduled to launch next year, is the "Artlife" residences and entertainment complex located at Teryan 107. This project offers opulent entertainment amenities and services that match the standards of a luxurious 5-star hotel.

"Artlife offers a diverse range of experiences, from fashion and trendy events to closed membership clubs, champagne gatherings to yoga on the rooftop, the best restaurants representing different cuisines of the world to shopping, and many other attributes that make it a center of the intersection of art, modernity, and a comfortable lifestyle," states Ani Mavian, head of the project management department of "Renshin"."Without opening all the brackets, I can only say that Artlife will be the first residential complex with 5* hotel branding and quality. The complex fully expresses the rhythm and style of modern life, it will surely bring a new vibration and feeling to Yerevan."

"The choice of the company was not accidental. It can be stated that the approaches of our company and this architectural company are fully aligned. Scalable and life quality improving, comfort-providing projects are not the first in our portfolio, as well as in Laguarda.Low's portfolio” mentions Levon Kasparov, operational director of the company. “And we hope that our new joint project will become a new center of attraction not only for architectural solutions but also because all the details are thought out and calculated.”

In "Renshin", a special place is given to customer's requirements research, which become the basis of new projects. The continuous study of the client and the ever-changing rhythm of life is also important in the Laguarada.Low architectural bureau. "We strive to create lifestyle and environment-shaping projects. The use of different materials, landscape design, the inclusion of different infrastructures, and the creation of projects around them are the future of new urban planning and architectural projects. The importance of this approach was especially emphasized after the pandemic, and we have been using it for 22 years,” says Ed Jenkins.

"Our goal in all projects is to create something that will become a basis for new developments around it. To achieve this goal, we rely on the cultural, social, and historical values and heritage of the given place. The city, the courtyard, and the courtyard complex are, first of all local memories. And its preservation makes the place exceptional," adds Pablo Laguarda.

When presenting the Armenian architects about the large-scale projects implemented in China, Russia, the USA, Kazakhstan, Japan and other countries, the leaders of Laguarda.Low advised to make ambitious projects and think on a large scale. "We start all our projects from a big perspective. We call it the 'humanistic approach.' We want our projects to bring satisfaction to people. In this respect, our and Renshin's approaches completely coincide," says Laguarda.

The discussions that took place at the end of the meeting gave Armenian architects fresh insight. In general, they considered it important to communicate the new global trends and expressed confidence that the exchange of experience would lead to the discovery of new professional horizons. And "Renshin" promised to follow its tradition and continue organizing professional discussions master classes with internationally renowned architects, who will be in Armenia again to discuss the details of the company's next big project.
